Return/Exchange Policy:

Every product dispatched from Royalchicbypriti is thoroughly inspected for any defects before being sent to you, ensuring you receive a perfect quality product you will love.

Incase of a defect, when you wish to return or exchange the product, request for return/exchange has to be done within 7 days from the date of delivery and we would require a clear 360 degrees parcel opening video showing the defect.

Reverse pickups are either arranged by us or customer will have to ship the parcel to us at the following address:

Once we receive it, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will process your request.
