• You will be required to provide a clear 360-degree video of the parcel being opened, showing the defect.

• Reverse Pickup: We may arrange for a reverse pickup.

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

• The product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and retain the original tags.

• Upon receiving the product, it will undergo a quality inspection.

• If the item passes the inspection, we will process your return or exchange request.
